The Cambria Apps Team hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”, defines the terms of service of the application as below.
These terms of service apply to all users of our service hereinafter referred to as “User”.
By using the Application, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. Please review them carefully before your acceptance.
2. Condition of Use
User shall use the application at own risk and accept responsibility for any action or consequences.
Service Provider will take necessary measurers when user uses the application in violation of terms of service. However service provider shall not be obliged to prevent user from violation or to warm for a correction.
If service provider suffers any loss due to the application usage whether a direct loss i.e. legal cost or indirect loss (including but not limited to the claim from the third party) by user, User shall, at the request of service provider entitled to compensation, be obliged to pay the compensation promptly.
3. Change in Terms of Service
Service provider can change terms and service at anytime without any notice to user, if service provider judge it necessary.
The new terms of service become effective upon the change. By using application after the change, user shall be deemed to have consented to the effective and irrevocable terms of service.
Advance notification of the change of terms of service will not be sent by service provider. Please review and check the latest terms of service when using the application.
4. Account
When user register their own password for the usage of application, user shall be sorely responsibly to manage their own password in order not to be utilized wrongfully.
When any action is made by using the password, service provider shall be deemed as that user shall have consented to the act of use.
When it is judged that user is in volition or in a potential violation of the terms of service, service provider shall stop or delete user’s account without any prior notification. The application account belongs to a single particular person. User’s right of use application cannot be allowed to transfer, rent or succeed to the third party.
5. Service Proving System
In using the application, user must prepare for personal computer, mobile phone, communication system, operation system or electric power on user’s own cost and responsibility.
When it is judged necessary, service provider can change the name or system partly or whole or stop providing service at anytime without any prior notification.
6. Download
User is responsible for downloading date and service provider shall not be liable for any consequence for it. Even though the use of application is for personal use, user shall use the application to the extent that it does not violate penal laws, copyright act and other laws and regulations.
7. Data Security
User shall manage own data on user’s own responsibility.
Not limited to user’s own responsibility, when data or file disappears due to the change, suspension, abolition, or unpredictable incidents on the application, service provider shall not be liable for any consequence. In case it is found that any damage has occurred to the user, service provider shall not be liable for any consequence.
8. Information Management
Registration is unnecessary for the application utilization.
This application does not automatically collect or transmit UDID, terminal information, or personal information. However, under the purpose of user support and usage trend survey, random number, which is irreverent to UUID and specific terminal information is created when installing terminal will be identified.
9. Restrictions
User shall not undertake following actions in the use of application.
1. Any actions to violate judicial decision, order or any other legally binding administrative action.
2. Any actions which are liable to cause damage to public order or morality.
3. Any actions to infringe on the right of service provider and the third party such as copy right, trademark right, intellectual property, patent, honorary right, privacy or any other action to violate contractual right.
4. Actions that post or transmit violent or sexual expressions; expressions that lead to discrimination by race, national origin, creed, sex, social status, family origin, etc.; expressions that induce or encourage suicide, self-injury behavior, or drug abuse; or anti-social expressions that include anti-social content and lead to the discomfort of others.
5. Any actions that impersonates service provider or a third party or an act that intentionally distributes false information;
6. Any actions that use the service for sales, marketing, advertisement, soliciting or other commercial purposes (except for those approved by service provider); use the service for the purpose of sexual conducts or obscene acts. Use the service for the purpose of meeting a person for sexual encounters. Use the service for the purpose of harassments or libelous attacks against other users; or use the service for purposes other than the service’s true intent.
7. Any actions that benefit or collaborate with anti-social groups.
8. Any actions that are related to religious activities or invitations to certain religious groups.
9. Any action that illegally or improperly lead to the collection, disclosure, or provision of other’s personal information, registered information, user history, or the like.
10. Any action that interferes with the servers and/or network systems of the Service; that abuse the Service by means of BOTs, cheat tools, or other technical measures; that deliberately use defects of the Service; that make unreasonable inquires and/or undue claims such as repeatedly asking the same question beyond the necessity, and that interfere with the Company’s operation of the Service or the use of service.
11. Any actions that encourage any activity stated in Clauses 1 to 10 above.
10. Exemption of Liability
Service provider does not impliedly or expressly guarantee that the Service(including the Contents)are free from de facto or legal flaws(including but not limited to stability, reliability, accuracy, integrity, effectiveness, fitness for certain purposes, security-related faults, errors, bugs, or infringements of rights). The Company shall not be responsible for providing the Service without such defects.
Service provider shall not be liable for any damage that inflicted to user in consequence of use of service.
